Finally broke down and ordered some PanPastels in singles. Meaning you can pick your own colors. If you haven't worked with these before, they are amazing! I have always loved the chalk look, but never been able to achieve it myself. I would have chalk dust flying everywhere. Not with the PanPastels, nice and creamy, goes on and stays on, blends like a dream. Great for backgrounds, but also for detail work. I ordered some of the Sofft line spatulas and foam tips, since they are made for each other. Literally I believe.
